Basic price list valid from 1.4.2026

• We would like to inform our new clients, that one trial-day​(which means 1 day-care or 1 hotel stay depending on our agreement) is required before their dogs first stay in our center. This trial-day is usually free of charge (unless otherwise agreed). 
• Every visit of our center or a consultation has to be agreed on in advance for a specific date and hour. 
• Any reservation is not valid without receiving our confirmation, or rejection email about the specific reservation. Any sudden cancellation of your reservation (from your side), which is not made in advance (at least 3 days = 72 hours before the beginning of the stay), is going to be charged with a cancellation fee of 50 % total price. In case of cancellation of already confirmed reservations on days including state-recognized holidays (including 31.12.), a cancellation fee is always charged, regardless of whether or not the deadline of 72 hours before the start of the reserved stay is met!
• If the ticket is not fully used up till the expiration, no refund will be given.
• For late pick-up of your dog (after 7:00 PM) a fee of 100 CZK is charged (the same applies for earlier arrival before 7:00 AM). In case of late pick-up between 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM, an increased fee of 200 CZK is charged for each started hour. After 10:00 PM, we no longer allow pick-up of the dog and insist on picking it up the next morning so as not to disturb the rest period of the other dogs accommodated in our Dog Center!
• Price for one day feeding of your dog is from 100 Kč/per day up to 150 Kč/per day by type of feeding (kibble/canned dog food of BRIT mark).
