I need long term care or daycare of my dog!
At first, make a registration!
Join us by filling the ENG version of registration form and
send us a basic information about you and your dog. Please
read carefully our terms and conditions ! If you agree, finish
the registration!
Make a reservation for your trial day (hotel or daycare)!
Our staff will offer you a trial day at our center and we will personally discuss your individual needs and the needs of your dog. The date of the first meeting is always determined with regard to the capacity of the center. Without a trial day and without the necessary familiarization with your dog, we will not be able to offer you our services and thus confirm your future reservation at our dog center.
Make your first real reservation!
If you have successfully completed the trial day, send us a reservation request for a hotel or dog daycare using our - ENG version of reservation form and our staff will immediately book a place for your doggie in our center based on available capacity (without written confirmation, you do not have a reservation and it is invalid).

What to bring with my dog ?

Arrive to the dog center at a pre-agreed time so that it does not disturb the regime we have set with the dogs (7-19). Pack your dog's food with you (ideally, each dose measured in bags) according to what he is used to. We have enough bowls, beds, couches and blankets for everyone in the dog center. If the dog has any medications, please also hand them over with detailed instructions (medication can be dosed directly in bags with a food ration). In the case of individual needs, please also tell us this information again when passing it on. Finally, pack the dog's vaccination certificate/europas just in case. We require proof of vaccination against: rabies, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, inf. hepatitis and distemper (R + DHPPiL).
Stay of your dog at our hotel
During your dog's stay, especially for long-term stays, we keep you informed and send you photos of your dog so you know how he enjoys his stay with us and other dogs! In case of any sudden problems or complications, we are able to arrange transportation to the nearest veterinarian and have the dog professionally treated.
Picking up the dog!
Accommodation is always arranged for a fixed period of time, and the owner is obliged to pick up the dog at the pre-agreed date. Based on a written/oral agreement, the accommodation contract can be extended (without written confirmation, any change in the reservation is invalid - including cancellation).
I have to cancel my reservation!

In case of sudden cancellation of an already confirmed reservation by you, which is not done in sufficient time (at least 3 days before the start of the stay), the owner acknowledges that he will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged in the event of a sudden shortening of the reserved stay, which is not done in sufficient time (in case of late arrival: at least 3 days = 72 hours before the start of the reserved stay; in case of early pick-up: at least 3 days before the new dog pick-up date) from the total number of canceled days. If the dog is not picked up by the pre-agreed date, the owner is automatically charged the price for accommodation, including a penalty. In case of cancellation of already confirmed reservations on days including state-recognized holidays (including 31.12.), a cancellation fee is always charged, regardless of whether or not the deadline of 72 hours before the start of the reserved stay is met!
